* Applying for land use right certificate for the first time;

* Providing the service of name transfer, the registration of land use right certificate when transferring, donating, receiving inheritance of land use rights, agreement on the division of joint property;

* Applying for the change of land use purpose;

* Applying for the splitting of land plots;

* Register to receive the right of real estate inheritance;

* Updating change information in land use right certificates.

SERVICES FOR BUSINESS REGISTRATION AND INVESTMENT REGISTRATION 
* Applying for business registration and investment registration;

* Applying for changing the contents of business registration; transformation, merger, division, separation, dissolution and bankruptcy of enterprises;

* Providing the service of making seals, company signboard, opening bank accounts, registering initial tax records, printing/purchasing invoices, electronic invoices, digital signatures;

REGISTERING TRADEMARK

* Advise to create and build trademarks (brands) for enterprises;

* Look up and register trademarks for individuals and enterprises.

PROVIDING THE SERVICE FOR DEBT RECOVERY

* Advising, assessing evidence and file related to debt, assessing ability to pay debts and recover debts;

* Advising, creating evidence, planning the debt recovery for clients;

* Directly working with the debtor by professional measures in accordance with the law such as: Sending a requesting letter, inviting for meeting and meeting, sending a warning letter, initiating a lawsuit at Court/Arbitration for debt recovery;

PROVIDING THE SERVICE FOR JUDGMENT EXECUTION

* Giving legal advice on civil and criminal judgment execution;

* Receiving an authorized representative on behalf of clients to work, handle and solve civil judgment execution jobs at the judgment enforcement agency;
